Job description

We are now looking for a structured and thorough International Trade License Officer for an assignment with a client in the defense industry. In the role, you will be an important part of the client's Global Trade department and work closely with both internal functions and external parties, including authorities.

You have an administrative and coordinating role where you support the business in matters related to international trade licenses and regulations. The role requires good communication skills, high accuracy and a professional approach.

Your tasks include:

  • Management and administration of End-User Certificates
  • Administration of TAAs (Technical Assistance Agreements)
  • Ongoing administrative tasks related to Global Trade and the ITLO function
  • Interaction with internal stakeholders and external contacts, including authorities

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

  • Have very good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Have good administrative skills and work in a structured manner
  • Attentive and have an eye for detail
  • Usually communicate clearly and professionally in both speech and writing and thrive in a role that involves many contact surfaces.

Security requirements

As the assignment is within the defense industry, Swedish citizenship is a requirement. The position also requires you to undergo drug testing and security clearance.
