Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for assignments in several industries with a strong focus on the public sector, banking / insurance and the defense industry. The consultant role is very much about being an advisory party to our customers and building trust.

In the assignments, you will help our customers with, among other things:

  • Requirements gathering and analysis: Collect and prioritize business requirements from various stakeholders
  • Data analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and inform decision-making
  • Process improvement: Develop and improve business processes to increase efficiency
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and met
  • Solution Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to implement IT solutions that meet business requirements
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks that may impact project success
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management and ensure new systems and processes are integrated smoothly

You will establish trust and communicate across organizations at the operational to strategic level. 

Qualifications

Based on our clients' needs, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • A Master's degree can be meritorious.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
  • Experience working with IT projects and system development.
  • Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) are highly meritorious
  • Good knowledge of system development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience using tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify business needs and solutions.
  • Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and present technical solutions in an understandable way.
  • Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of business processes and how IT solutions can improve them.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Academic degree in systems development, management or equivalent 

It is meritorious if you have: 

  • Experience in agile development 
  • Worked as a consultant 
  • Experience in requirements work in the feasibility study phase
  • Knowledge of LOU 
  • Experience in banking/insurance and/or defense forces,

As many of our assignments are in the public sector and are security-classified assignments, you must have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, to cope with the assignments and meet the requirements of our customers. You must also have Swedish citizenship to pass security clearance and background checks. A criminal record check is part of our recruitment process.
