Job description

We are looking for an experienced project manager for assignments in several industries and with a strong focus on the public sector and the defense industry. The consultant role largely involves being an advisory party to our customers and building trust.

In this assignment, you help our customers with digitization by driving and leading development and implementation projects. This in different types of digitization initiatives, both as a management leader and project manager. You establish trust and communicate across organizations at operational to strategic level.

Qualifications

Based on the needs of our clients, we are looking for someone with the following: 

• You have, as a main project manager with budget responsibility, run, for example, various types of system development projects, system implementations in IT and / or digitization projects 
• Experience from assignments in the public sector or the defense industry
• Academic degree in systems development, management or equivalent 
• Certification in project management with experience in management control and PM3, ITIL or equivalent 

It is meritorious if you have: 

• Experience in agile development 
• Worked as a consultant 
• Experience in requirements work in the feasibility phase 
• Knowledge of LOU 
• Experience in the armed forces

You handle stakeholder management well and establish trust. Furthermore, you are business-oriented and networking, see potential added value for the customer and raise proposals through clear communication and presentation.

As many of our assignments are in the public sector and are security-classified assignments, you must have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, to cope with the assignments and meet the requirements of our customers. You must also have Swedish citizenship to pass security clearance and background checks. A criminal record check is part of our recruitment process.
