Job Description

We are now looking for a Requirements Analyst who wants to help create real change for our clients in sectors such as the public sector, energy, and the defense industry.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements through methods such as workshops, user interviews, observations, and document reviews. You will ensure that the requirements are clearly formulated, implementable, and testable, and break them down into manageable and value-adding deliverables with defined acceptance criteria.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with users, product owners, business experts, architects, and development teams to ensure that the requirements are clear, prioritized, well-supported, and well-understood by all stakeholders. You are also responsible for maintaining traceability throughout the entire development chain and ensuring that requirements are communicated and aligned among various requirement stakeholders and stakeholder groups.

Furthermore, you contribute to the continuous development of the team’s working methods, documentation, and requirements processes. You will support testing and quality assurance efforts through requirements validation and review of test cases, and serve as a methodological resource in requirements management for business specialists and other requirements stakeholders. The role also involves designing and further developing work processes for the client organization to ensure effective and sustainable work methods.

You will be part of an agile and cross-functional team that currently consists of requirements analysts, a Scrum Master, system developers, and testers.

Qualifications

We believe you are an analytical and communicative person who enjoys collaborating, creating structure, and building strong relationships. You are driven by understanding business needs and translating them into solutions that work in practice.

Requirements

• College or university degree with at least 180 credits in systems science/IT
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
• At least five years of experience working as a requirements analyst on IT-related projects in the public sector and/or the energy sector

Desirable qualifications

• Experience working closely with business operations and various stakeholders
• Experience with requirements tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or GitLab, as well as UX/design tools such as Figma, Axure, and Adobe XD

Experience in a consulting role or change management is a plus—but above all, we value your willingness to grow and contribute alongside the team. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is curious, down-to-earth, and enjoys collaborating with others.
