Job Description

We’re now looking for someone who wants to make a difference and contribute to security-critical environments and operations vital to society.

In the role of IT Security System Administrator, you will work broadly with the operation, management, and development of Linux-based systems and infrastructures. You will play a key role in ensuring stable, secure, and well-functioning solutions in an environment where information is subject to confidentiality. This is a direct hire for a client assignment.

You will work in both operational and development-related roles, with elements of troubleshooting, testing, documentation, architecture, and support.

The consultant will perform system administration, operations, management, and development of Linux-based technical solutions, systems, and services, as well as the underlying infrastructure, which must meet requirements for availability and IT security based on the fact that the information being processed is subject to confidentiality under the Swedish Public Access to Information Act (2009:400), Chapter 15 or Chapter 18. In addition, the role includes other activities such as testing, troubleshooting, documentation, IT architecture, and support.

Qualifications

We require that you have documented expertise and experience in:

• system administration and troubleshooting of Linux-based systems with IT security requirements to protect information subject to confidentiality under the OSL (2009:400), Chapter 15 or Chapter 18.
• SELinux
• virtualization, such as KVM/libvirt or Proxmox.
• security logging.
• backup management.
• Operational monitoring.
• Network traffic and protocols.
• Automated configuration management, such as Puppet
• Authentication solutions, such as PKI, federation services, and FreeIPA.
• protection of information subject to confidentiality under Chapter 15 or Chapter 18 of the Swedish Public Access to Information Act (OSL 2009:400).
• system administration during operation and management, or the implementation of IT security solutions in systems or services.

You will be based at the Solna office, but commuting is part of the job. 

Security Clearance & Education Verification

Swedish citizenship may be required for certain positions. A security clearance and background check may be required prior to employment. We also conduct educational verification prior to employment.
