Job Description

We’re looking for someone who is a true team player, passionate about Supply Chain Management, and eager to grow with us and our clients! AFRY Supply Chain Management consists of about 50 dedicated consultants in logistics, production, and procurement. 

With our collective experience and expertise, we help our clients with assignments and projects in Supply Chain Management. The nature of the assignments varies depending on the client’s challenges and specific needs; no two assignments are alike. Our services include in-depth analyses, the development of requirements specifications and procurement processes, as well as consulting on implementation and operational changes.

As a junior consultant, your responsibilities may include the following:

· Operational and strategic production planning

· Project logistics (strategy, implementation, and execution)

· Layout and material flow analysis

· Operational and strategic procurement

· Requirements definition, procurement, and implementation of business systems (e.g., ERP/WMS)

A strong sense of curiosity and the ability to share your knowledge with clients and colleagues are key aspects of our team’s culture. With us, you’ll be part of a varied role where business development is a natural part of your work. Together with our dedicated and skilled colleagues, you’ll also work to continue developing the business so we can take on more and larger end-to-end projects in Supply Chain Management!

Qualifications

We’re looking for innovative individuals, preferably with a master’s degree in engineering or equivalent, who have 1–3 years of experience in the field. Ideally, you have the ability to quickly understand the customer’s challenges so that together we can develop sustainable, innovative, and high-quality solutions. You enjoy working with people and have led parts of or entire projects.

It is important that you are interested in building and developing relationships both internally and externally, and that you are responsive and communicative. We require that you have a Class B driver’s license, as travel may be a natural part of your role at times, and that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
