In the Civil Engineering business area, nearly 1,100 specialists work in Sweden with, among other things, our strategic sustainability services, assignments and projects. We have a highly appreciated work climate, where we support and encourage each other and allow each other to grow.  

AFRY has several exciting projects and framework agreements, which means that we need more people. The land and development group is currently nine employees with expertise in development, real estate law, surveying, GIS, land negotiation and project management. We are based in Gothenburg and Malmö. Our assignments extend across the country with an emphasis on the Västra Götaland region. We are a modern and flexible workplace where the possibility of remote work is given. At AFRY, all employees working with land and development issues are part of a network where we have training, network meetings, exchange experiences and support each other with resources. At present, the network consists of about twenty employees from all over the country, with varying experience and backgrounds in the field of real estate law. AFRY has several large infrastructure and development projects where you as a land and development engineer can be part of a project organization and contribute with knowledge in real estate law / land negotiation. In the long term, you may also be the person who takes on the role of project manager for major projects and drives them forward. As an employee with us, you have a great deal of responsibility for your projects towards customers, which can be public or private actors.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a university or college education in surveying / law or education with a focus on real estate law or other higher education together with experience that we consider equivalent.If you do not meet these requirements, we ask you not to apply for the position

This time we are looking for a more junior resource so we are looking for you who come directly from your education but also those who have one or two years of experience from real estate law work in some way. You should have a B driving license 

Of course, you see yourself as a team player and you enjoy sharing your knowledge. You have very good communication skills and have excellent command of the Swedish and English languages. You want to be part of developing the business together with a large network of like-minded people and a group of fantastic employees.
