Job description
Regulatory requirements for real estate will be tightened significantly in the coming years. EPBD, MEPS and stricter energy declaration requirements create a growing and long-term need for qualified energy advice - and we are growing with that need. We are now looking for a junior colleague who wants to build his career in energy efficiency in a team with solid technical experience.
The Energy Efficiency East section within Region East consists of about ten employees with combined experience from hospitals, commercial properties, public stocks and industry. You will work side by side with senior specialists with a total of over 70 years of experience in building technology, installations, measurement and energy optimization - a learning that is difficult to find in the market.
From the start, you contribute to real assignments, not just as an assistant. The role is shaped by your background. If you have a background in plumbing, mechanical engineering or installation technology, you work with design, calculations, field work and surveys of heating centers, cooling systems and ventilation systems. If you have a background in electricity, automation or control engineering, you will work with measurement, logging, SCADA analysis and energy monitoring in complex facilities. In both cases, energy mapping, technical documentation and ongoing knowledge exchange with the team are included.
We thrive on collaboration and sharing - we are convinced that we solve difficult problems better together. You follow the projects from early stage to delivery, and our ambition is that you gradually take more and more independent responsibility and eventually certify yourself in your specialist area.
Qualifications
We believe that you have a university or civil engineering degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC engineering, energy technology, electrical engineering or similar - or a YH education combined with relevant work experience. You are a recent graduate or have up to three years of experience, and you have a genuine desire to learn the craft from scratch.
As a person, you are curious and want to understand how things are connected. You enjoy field work, are meticulous in your documentation and communicate well in both customer meetings and technical discussions. You are sensitive to the perspectives of others and are happy to contribute to an open and inclusive collaborative climate.
Practical experience from operation, installation or inspection is an advantage. Experience of calculation tools or CAD is an advantage. It is a requirement that you master Swedish in speech and writing. B-driving license is required as field assignments are included in the role. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
