We are now looking for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer for an assignment in Trollhättan. The role is suitable for you who have recently graduated from the Mechanical Engineering program or Industrial Economics and want to develop in a high-tech and quality-assured environment.
About the role
As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated production technology team with a focus on ensuring that production delivers right quality - at the right cost - on time.
In the role, you will grow into the responsibility and work broadly within production technology.
You will, among other things:
- Support the work with production preparation, method development and development of manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate activities related to tools, fixtures and improvement work.
- Work closely with operators, technicians and engineers in the daily flow.
- Contribute to robust processes, zero defect mindset and continuous improvement.
- Participate in problem solving and use quality tools such as PFMEA and SPC.
Qualifications
Who we are looking for
We believe you are at the beginning of your career and are driven to learn more about manufacturing and production methods.
You have:
- Education in Machine Engineering or Industrial Economics.
- A strong technical interest and desire to develop.
- An analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to take responsibility and drive tasks forward
- Good collaboration skills and an unpretentious approach.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written (requirement).
