We are now looking for two junior consultants who want to learn how to work with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) - a powerful Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system used by major industrial companies worldwide to manage and maintain their physical assets throughout their lifecycle.
You won't be making the journey alone - you'll be two people starting at the same time, with full support from our experienced team. Perhaps you are already a duo who wrote your thesis together and want to work together in the working world? Together you will have the opportunity to explore and master the latest technology within and behind the IBM ecosystem.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are team players who want to continue to create success together with us! As a consultant in customer deliveries, it is always about creating higher efficiency with world-class Data-driven maintenance based on the trinity of People, Process and IT.
You are at least a university engineer or civil engineer, with a relevant technical focus, for example, computer and systems science, IT or equivalent. You have a strong interest in technology and preferably experience of system development.
You are confident in at least one of the following tools/techniques:
We speak English in the team, but we work with both Swedish and international customers, thus good knowledge of both Swedish and English is required in speech and in writing.You can work partly remotely, but business trips can occur when needed by the customer.

In the Data Driven Maintenance team, we work according to the 85-10-5 model where 85% of our time is in the delivery of services to our customers, 10% innovation / business development and 5% internal time such as own competence development, etc. In this way, we put a maximum of time around the customers and continuous development of packaged services, new technologies, etc.
