Job description
We want to strengthen our team in Uppsala with a land / water project manager. We are looking for you who have design experience from land and / or water projects, and want to continue to develop in your role as a designer. Regardless of whether your background is in land or water, we see that you will eventually work with both disciplines within the assignments.
Our projects range from early investigations and analyzes to detailed design and preparation of plans, technical descriptions and quantity lists. We work largely in neighborhood land such as housing, schools and business premises, in public land such as streets, squares and parks, and with infrastructure. Contact with customers and designers from other technical areas is a natural part of our work. With us, you work in a structured team, where your commitment and willingness to develop are important success factors for our projects and towards our customers. You will work closely with our experienced employees who offer knowledge exchange in the daily work. With us, you will have the opportunity to grow. Qualifications
We are looking for a positive employee who is driven by new challenges, qualitative results and the joy of developing together with other colleagues. You are responsible with a high ability to organize and prioritize your work.
You have 1-3 years of work experience in water and / or land design, working in AutoCAD and Civil3D. You preferably have experience in height setting, technical descriptions, bills of quantities, rainfall and stormwater management. Experience of design in Revit is meritorious.
As AFRY is an international company, we expect you to be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, in order to meet our customers' needs and collaborate with international colleagues.
You have a vocational, university or civil engineering education or have gained knowledge through practical execution, for example through construction work, construction management or similar before your years as a designer.
