Job Description

Our business is growing, and we are looking for Structural Engineers with a focus on structural analysis who want to be part of our continued development.

Our structural engineers have broad and solid expertise and work on projects involving all types of commercial, public, and infrastructure properties. Projects are at all stages, from preliminary studies to construction drawing design.

As a Lead Structural Engineer with us, you will play a key role in our projects by leading and ensuring the quality of the structural analysis work. You will be responsible for coordinating and driving the structural analysis work forward within given timeframes and budgets, while actively sharing your knowledge and experience with the team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and plan the work within the project’s calculation team.
• Compile and document calculation tasks with a clear scope, division of responsibilities, and timeline.
• Coordinate the calculation work with other project managers and report regularly to the project leader.
• Ensure quality through self-checks, reviews, and documented walkthroughs.
• Participate in external meetings and contribute to effective communication with clients and external consultants.
• Identify and report the need for additional calculation work or revised specifications.

The position is based at our office in Liljeholmen

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a master’s degree in engineering and at least 10 years of experience as a structural engineer in the design of load-bearing structures in concrete, steel, and wood. 

You have documented experience leading technical teams and coordinating structural analysis work.

You have a strong ability to make decisions based on facts and past experience and are accustomed to working in a structured manner with documentation and quality assurance.

This role requires Swedish citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance.
