Automation in Kristianstad/Växjö consists of a dynamic team with members aged 25 to 60+ years who collaborate and share experiences. Our main business consists of projects where we not only deliver knowledge but also materials and manage installations. In addition, we take on traditional consulting assignments. Our projects are distributed over three areas: V/A, gas and industrial automation.

Do you want to combine your interest in automation or electrical engineering with the opportunity to help build a section from scratch? Then this could be the role for you!
Advanced Automation in Växjö is in a build-up phase, and we are looking for you to take a key role in developing the business in a varied working environment with lots of customer contact. Since this is a new role, there are great opportunities to influence and shape the content based on your skills and interests.
Whether you have long experience of selling automation solutions or deep technical knowledge in the field of electricity and automation, we will together design the role in the best way.
In the role, you will be involved in building a work group in the Växjö region where you can decide whether you want to start from Växjö, Älmhult, Markaryd or Ljungby.
Qualifications
We are looking for a committed and experienced person with good technical skills in automation or electrical design, or a person with experience in project management or sales in the automation industry in the Växjö region.
The most important thing for us is that you take the initiative, are self-driven and have the willingness to take a leading role. We imagine that you are communicative, curious and good at building good relationships. In combination with this, you have a great interest in technology and sales, as these are important components of the service. You see development potential, have a great interest in marketing work and creating business. We also see that you have established a relevant network in southern Småland.
We believe that you will succeed in the role if you have:
- Extensive work experience in automation or electrical construction in industry.
- B-driving license and very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
It is meritorious if you have experience in sales or leadership.
