Do you want to work with Maintenance for increased operational reliability in Sweden's industry? We at Project Services in the North are expanding our group and are now looking for several maintenance engineers / maintenance developers to strengthen our team.

As a maintenance engineer / maintenance developer, you work to develop Sweden's leading companies with various technical support. You will work with exciting assignments, both internally and externally, where you have the opportunity to broaden your experience and knowledge bank regarding both technical solutions and work processes and methods with the support of digital tools.

We are involved in customers' plant projects where we create lasting operational reliability on new equipment, by taking responsibility for all maintenance-related tasks through the project phases.

We map and analyze existing maintenance operations through auditing. Possible areas of improvement become new assignments for increased productivity and efficiency, as well as reduced maintenance costs.

We hold training courses in maintenance and operational safety to maintain and ensure our customers' competence and strengthen their competitiveness.

In many parts, it is about understanding and solving customers' problems and wishes using several different methods and technical solutions, both proven and innovative.

Qualifications

We are looking for both junior and senior employees who have an interest in maintenance and reliability, and in the development of maintenance processes. We would like you to have relevant work experience as a maintenance engineer, reliability engineer or other equivalent position from industry and/or an academic degree.

If necessary, opportunities may also be offered to work on assignments with customers in other parts of the country, or internationally in assignments outside Sweden.

Experience and education that are meritorious;

• Practical experience and / or good knowledge of maintenance technology and process equipment (mining, steel, wood, paper / pulp, chem).
• Practical experience and/or good knowledge of process and production technology
• Good knowledge of working methods and processes in maintenance
• Experience in project management of improvement projects
• Experience working in different types of maintenance systems (SAP, Maximo, Idus, IFS, Maintmaster, Mainter, etc.)
• Experience in business development and systematic improvement work
• Knowledge/experience of methods such as criticality classification, RCM, PMO, FMECA, etc.
• Experience of preparing and holding training
• Post-secondary, university or civil engineering education at the bottom
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Certification in maintenance (EFNMS or equivalent)

Location locations can be Sundsvall, Kramfors, Örnsköldsvik, Umeå, Skellefteå, Piteå, Luleå, Boden or Kiruna.
