Job description
AFRY in Umeå has in recent years successfully delivered several major projects in mechanical and electrical engineering.
Now we want to strengthen our team with an experienced mechanical designer.
- Some examples of tasks are:
- Design and calculate mechanical solutions - We work with everything from fine mechanics to large complex factory plants.
- Responsible for documentation
- Participate and sometimes lead development projects
- Purchase and orders for projects
- Manage article/spare parts lists
- Participate in commissioning
- Create system and functional descriptions

Qualifications
You are a mechanical engineer with a few years of experience and live in Umeå or are willing to commute to our beautiful office.
You have experience of projects where both creativity and structural skills have been put to the test. You like to deliver solutions that maintain technical standards, meet customer requirements and are cost-effective.
We believe that you are driven, curious and confident in taking your own initiatives. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. A B-driving license is required, and travel in the service may occur.
We value your ability to communicate clearly and create trust - both with the customer and in the project team. You are a team player who contributes to the whole.
