Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Designer who thrives in an advanced and technically demanding environment and who wants to work on complex systems from concept to installation. The assignment includes mechanical design, integration and technical support throughout the life cycle, from requirements and design to installation and follow-up in production.
In the role, you work operationally and independently with CAD design, technical documentation, review and follow-up of manufacturing. You also participate in assembly and installation on site. The work is done in close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners and involves regular presence in the assembly and installation environment.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
- High school or university degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design in CAD
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in CATIA
- Good knowledge in basic mechanical engineering
- Experience in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience in version management, release processes and technical documentation
- Good ability to work independently and to prioritize tasks
- You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
