Job Description

Are you looking for new challenges and do you enjoy finding innovative solutions to complex problems? We’re now looking for more mechanical engineers who want to be part of our growing business in Örebro!

As a consultant in our dynamic product development business area, you’ll have a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of tomorrow’s products and solutions at some of Sweden’s most prominent and exciting companies.

With us, your role isn’t just to develop new, groundbreaking products—we believe in a holistic approach where we support product-owning companies throughout the entire product lifecycle. This means we also help our clients manage their existing products to ensure their competitiveness and relevance in an ever-changing market.

You will be based at AFRY’s office in Örebro and/or at the client’s premises. 

Qualifications

As an applicant, you have:

• An engineering degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in product development or mechanical design
• Proficiency in a CAD tool, such as Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or Creo, as well as experience working with PLM systems
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A Class B driver’s license
