Are you a mechanical engineer and want to develop further on Gotland? At our office in Visby, centrally located at Österport with a view of the ring wall, we are now looking for an experienced mechanical engineer who wants to join and strengthen our team. Here you get to work closely with both colleagues and customers in exciting projects in heavy industry - and at the same time have the opportunity to shape your own development journey.

As a consultant with us, you will work in assignments that can include all or part of the development chain - from feasibility study and technical tender documents to system and detailed design, supplier contacts and finished product.
In the role of a mechanical engineer, it is important that you can familiarize yourself with our customers' operations and understand their conditions and needs. The goal is always to develop a product that is optimal for both the customer and the end user.

Qualifications

We see that you who apply for the position have: 

• Degree from technical college or equivalent education.
• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design and / or product development in heavy industry.
• Good experience of CAD tools, preferably Inventor or equivalent.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing and good knowledge of English.

Advantageous experience:

• Experience from the basic industry.
• Knowledge of 3D scanning and working with point clouds.

• Structured and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Collaborative and communicative, with a customer-oriented mindset.
