Job Description
Would you like to be part of a team with diverse levels of experience and specializations, where leadership and the desire to do something exciting in your career are the common threads? Then our team is the one you’re looking for!
As a Project Manager with us, your role is to lead projects focused on industrialization for some of the market’s most exciting companies. You’ll serve as the link between development and production, which involves close collaboration with the development department, production, and subcontractors. In your role, you’ll help our clients define production requirements for projects by aligning concepts with manufacturing capabilities, and then manage the industrialization process in production. This may involve developing new production layouts, investments, or new ways of working.
Projects may be conducted at our customers’ sites in the Greater Stockholm area (from Uppsala in the north to Södertälje in the south) or at our own facilities in Solna. You’ll be surrounded by many skilled colleagues and an active exchange of expertise. Our clients are primarily represented in the Automotive, Engineering, Defense, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Technology, and Telecom industries.
Why work with us? – Some comments from the team:
“Friendly managers, friendly colleagues, and the opportunity to learn, grow, and work on different client projects.”
“There are many mentors, sounding boards, and coaches here.”
“A diverse group with an inclusive atmosphere; many women in leadership roles within the company.”
Qualifications
You have an engineering degree in, for example, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or engineering physics. You have led your own projects for at least 5 years, preferably within product development companies and/or in industrial projects. We’d like to see that you have experience in both production and product development.
As a Project Manager, you’re all about drive, communication, and clarity! You plan and drive both your own work and that of others forward, while always delivering results on schedule. You are motivated by identifying new solutions and creating business opportunities. Applicants must have strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you are not already certified in PRINCE2 and/or PMI, we will provide you with the opportunity to obtain these certifications.
To be eligible for this position, you must be a Swedish citizen.
Additional Information

The employee club organizes social activities both in and outside the office. Everything from ski trips, yoga classes, choir singing, and board games to guest lectures—there’s something for everyone.
