Job description

We are now looking for more Multidisciplinary Project Managers for Samhällsbyggnad Göteborg. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading your project team in the right direction and delivering good results to our customers. With us, you get to follow the projects from early stages to delivery and follow-up.

At AFRY, we have a broad project portfolio where we have assignments together with the Swedish Transport Administration and municipalities but also private clients such as contractors, developers and industrial companies. Thanks to the knowledge and experience of our employees, we can offer support in projects of all types and sizes.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have five or more years of experience as a project manager, have worked in multidisciplinary projects and want to take a more senior role in leading complex projects and mentoring others.

You are probably currently working with project management as a consultant, project manager on the client side or as a contractor. You have a good understanding of different stages and are well acquainted with issues related to different technical areas. For you, it is natural to share your knowledge and you are keen to develop the project members within the assignment. Giving feedback and motivating is something you thrive on.

As a person, you are confident in yourself, you engage and inspire your colleagues with clear goals, while contributing to a pleasant working climate. You are businesslike, create good relationships internally and with the customer, are both responsive to requests and have the courage to speak up when needed. You are of course responsible for your assignments and see cooperation as a prerequisite for achieving results.

A great advantage is if you have good market knowledge and an established network in the industry.

We would like you to have an academic degree or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way. In the role, you will have contact with various customers and colleagues and therefore need to have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
