With us, you will be part of a committed team that works broadly with community development. We are driven by creating attractive, inclusive and sustainable cities and communities. Our clients are municipalities, regions and government agencies, but also private actors.

As a project manager, you are a central person in the projects. You are responsible for budget, schedule, quality and on-time delivery - from planning to implementation. The role also involves leading and supporting other consultants and ensuring that our deliverables meet client requirements and technical standards. Assignments range from smaller local projects to larger, long-term and complex assignments spanning several years. In your role, you will work closely with the customer, other technology areas and various stakeholders to create integrated and sustainable solutions that meet the needs of the projects. You will be based in one of our offices in Piteå or Luleå

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are an upper secondary, university, or civil engineer in civil engineering, or who have equivalent relevant work experience. You have at least three years' experience as a project manager or project leader, have worked in multidisciplinary projects and want to take a more senior role in leading complex projects and mentoring others. We also expect you to have a good knowledge of the laws, standards and technical guidelines that govern the industry, and that you can ensure that our projects comply with applicable regulations and maintain high technical quality.

To succeed in the role, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, as you will work with both national and international actors.

As we work regularly with international partners, it is an advantage if you have experience of managing employees in other countries.

Work experience as a contractor, or with our clients, is meritorious.

In summary, we are looking for a committed, structured and technically skilled leader who wants to help ensure that our projects not only meet today's requirements, but also contribute to shaping the sustainable societies of the future.
