Job description

We need to strengthen our teams in Skellefteå with more experienced and creative employees. Do you have experience in mechanical or pipe & plant engineering? Are you ready to share your skills? In exchange, we promise you an innovative arena that you share with like-minded colleagues.  
With us, you will work on a variety of projects which we believe will give you very inspiring and varied work. The majority of the projects are done in-house, but we also have projects where you work with customers. In addition to the assignments, we make sure to network and create well-being together through social and skills-building activities and spontaneous meetings such as group lunches and joint breakfasts.Collaborating and interacting with other business areas at AFRY is a given for us.  
 
As a Piping & Plant Engineer with us, you will work with everything from idea and concept development to delivering finished installations to our customers.

Qualifications

We believe that you are a person who thrives in collaboration with others and who likes to take responsibility - both technically and in the relationship with the customer.

We would like you to have:

• High school or university degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience in Piping & Plant Design, mechanical design or similar - preferably in the process industry
• Good knowledge of relevant standards and directives
• Experience working in different CAD environments
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing
• B-driving license and flexibility for on-site customer assignments

Advantageous

• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Experience as a project manager or lead designer
• Established network of customers and suppliers in the region
