Would you like to help shape the future of critical facilities?

We are growing in our key sectors - defense, healthcare, high security facilities and infrastructure - and are looking for people who have experience of, or are passionate about, working on projects that have a real impact on society. Whether you're a project manager, specialist, administrator or designer, and whether your background is in HVAC or ventilation, we want to hear from you.

Examples of what the roles might entail:

• Lead or participate in the design and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure quality and delivery in technically complex projects
• Maintain close dialogue with clients and stakeholders and contribute to long-term, innovative solutions
• Contribute to the development of working methods, methodologies and interdisciplinary collaboration

You will be part of a strong team working on socially important projects in our key sectors. Within these, there is also the opportunity to work nationally and contribute to projects across the country.

The location for the role is in Kalmar or Hultsfred.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a combination of technical skills and leadership experience.

• Have experience as a project manager, specialist, administrator or project manager in one of the disciplines VS or ventilation.
• Thrive in projects with high demands on structure, quality and safety.
• Is curious, solution-oriented and has a strong drive to develop both yourself and the team.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.

Advantageous

• Documented experience from projects in defense, healthcare, high-security facilities or infrastructure.
• Experience in security protected activities or projects with enhanced security requirements.
• Specialist expertise in advanced technical solutions and systems.
• Good customer relations and strong references.
