About the role
Process Engineer at AFRY - develop further in a supportive and knowledgeable team
Do you want to continue to grow in the role of Process Engineer and at the same time contribute to a more sustainable future? AFRY continues to invest in the process industry of the future, and thanks to several new projects, we are now looking for a committed and curious Process Engineer who wants to be part of our continued journey.

Your mission - where you get to grow and be involved and influence
In the role, you get to work in both smaller and larger projects where you help to develop:
You will work based on AFRY's established project methods and quality systems, which provides security and support in everyday life - while giving you the freedom to take responsibility and shape your way of working.
You will be surrounded by around 50 experienced and helpful process engineers, and we are very proud of the breadth and generosity that characterizes the knowledge sharing at AFRY. In 2026, we have a number of exciting projects coming up, and we're looking for people who want to contribute with drive, care and a desire to make a difference.
Our clients operate in a wide range of sectors - from process and chemical industries to petrochemicals, bio-refinery and hydrogen. This gives you a great opportunity to both broaden and deepen your skills over time.
As an employee, you can choose to work in-house from one of our offices in Gothenburg, Stenungsund or Malmö - or be part of the customer's project organization out in the business.

You describe yourself as someone who:
To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you have:
Experience in petrochemistry, bio-refinery, hydrogen or CCS - areas where many of our assignments are today - is meritorious.
You also need to have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, as well as a B driving license as travel occurs.
