AFRY's Life Science segment is a leading player in Scandinavia and our team in Mälardalen collaborates with clients in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical technology to create innovative and sustainable solutions.<#xa0; We have a wide variety of assignments, you will work cross-functionally and have colleagues working with everything from quality and process to automation.

About the role:
We are looking for you who want to continue to develop in validation, either as a validation engineer or validation leader. The validation work is mainly carried out at our clients and in some cases internally at AFRY. It can involve validating processes, production equipment or analytical equipment in the lab, and covers everything from entire production lines to individual machines or smaller lab equipment. The role involves planning, documenting and executing DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ and/or leading validation and qualification activities, depending on your experience and skills.
As a Validation Leader, you will also have a central role in coordinating a team of Validation Engineers. An important part of your responsibilities will be to coach and support your junior colleagues, acting as a mentor and contributing to their development - an effort that will be highly appreciated by the team.
In the role, travel may also occur when performing FAT, both within Sweden and in Europe.
