As a product developer with us, you will work with both local and global companies in many different industries. In your role, you will be involved in designing and developing products where many aspects need to be considered, such as design, function, strength, materials, manufacturing techniques and repairability. The breadth of the role means that no two days are the same and you will have many contact surfaces. We belong to AFRY's office in Solna and work both north and south of the office at our clients and some possibility of hybrid work exists (the extent of this is governed by your specific assignment and where the client is located).

Qualifications

Who are you? 

• You are a qualified engineer in the relevant field: Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Design &; product development, or similar
• You have several years of work experience in mechanical design
• You have experience with CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, NX and/or Catia
• You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English (much of the work is done in Swedish)
• We would like you to have some experience of testing
• You can work independently and take your own initiatives
