Job Description

In this role, you will work on the development, industrialization, and improvement of products and manufacturing processes. You will serve as a key link between multiple functions and work closely with production, quality, engineering, procurement, customers, and suppliers.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Industrialization and introduction of new products
• Production planning and preparation of manufacturing documentation
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and work instructions
• Development and optimization of production methods, tools, and fixtures
• Analysis of drawings, technical requirements, and production flows
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Driving and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Participating in projects related to new technology, investments, and production equipment
• Collaborating across multiple functions to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and productivity

Depending on the focus of the assignment, you may also work with areas such as CAD design, measurement technology, additive manufacturing, FMEA/PFMEA, and industrialization processes according to APQP or NPI.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A technical degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Strong skills in reading drawings and technical documentation
• Experience with production engineering processes and production development
• Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable

• Experience with CAD tools
• Knowledge of FMEA/PFMEA, APQP, or NPI
• Experience with quality assurance and process development
• Knowledge of measurement technology or additive manufacturing
• Experience with LEAN or improvement initiatives
