Job Description
Would you like to help build the future of AFRY in Halland?
We are in an exciting growth phase and are now looking for an experienced project and construction manager who wants to help develop our operations between Varberg and Halmstad.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to combine specialized consulting assignments with business development and operational development. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to eventually take on a team leader role and help shape our continued efforts in the region.
You will be part of our Civil Project Management department, which currently consists of nine employees and a department manager. We are seeing high demand for our services and are therefore looking for someone who wants to help strengthen our market presence.
About the Role
As a project and construction manager, you will play a central role in our continued expansion. Together with your manager, you will help develop the business, create new business opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships.
At the same time, you’ll work closely with our clients on assignments that include project management, construction management, design management, construction site supervision, and inspections. The role offers a combination of hands-on project work and the opportunity to influence our future development.
You will be based at one of our offices in Halmstad, Falkenberg, or Varberg.
Qualifications
We believe you have several years of experience in infrastructure, civil engineering, or industry and have worked as a consultant, client, or contractor. You have experience leading projects and thrive in a role where leadership, business acumen, and collaboration are key success factors.
To succeed in this role, you are someone who builds trusting relationships, takes initiative, and is driven by developing both people and businesses. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Why AFRY?
