Job description

We are looking for several Project Engineers within Electrical, Automation and Instrumentation to join our growing team in Piteå. The role is broad and varied - perfect for those who like to combine engineering, problem solving and project management.

You will for example work with:

• Modernization and streamlining of production processes
• New construction of production lines and capacity increases
• Development of technical inquiry documents for assembly and instrumentation
• Hardware design and programming of PLC/DCS systems
• Creation and interpretation of interlocking diagrams and functional descriptions
• Control engineering in collaboration with process engineers
• Project management, installation management and commissioning

You will have the opportunity to grow in your role as a consultant - with support from experienced colleagues and access to AFRY:s broad competence network.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• High school or civil engineering degree, or equivalent experience in electrical engineering
• Knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, ElProCad or E-plan
• Experience from the process industry, preferably in maintenance or as a consultant
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• B-driving license and Swedish citizenship (some assignments are security classified)

You are a self-driven problem solver who likes to take responsibility, collaborate and deliver with quality. If you have your own customer contacts in the area, it is a big plus!
