Job description

As a Project Engineer, you will work with the Project Manager in both large infrastructure projects and urban development projects. You are an important part of the project management and actively contribute to ensuring structure, quality and progress in our assignments. In the role, you support the project manager in the daily work, for example through:

• Time planning
• quality work;
• preparation of budget estimates and ongoing financial follow-up
• work with requirements, risk and quality coordination
• planning and coordination of deliveries.

You plan and participate in meetings both internally and externally, document and follow up on decisions and are involved in driving the projects forward together with the project team and our customers.
For those of you who have a strong interest in project management and your own drive, the position offers good opportunities for development, where you can gradually take on greater responsibility and drive your own issues. At the same time, you will gain a broad insight into various technical areas and the complexity that civil engineering projects entail.

In the Project Management section, about fifty committed team players work with their heart in technology and a strong passion for project management. We manage design assignments at all stages and have a broad skills base consisting of project/assignment managers, project engineers and project controllers. Together we work in a structured way with requirements, risk and quality coordination to ensure efficient, sustainable and high-quality deliveries in our projects.

Qualifications

• High school or civil engineer in civil engineering, industrial economics, mechanical engineering or equivalent
• About 1-3 years of experience as a project engineer, project manager or in a related role
• Structured, driven and responsible with good collaboration skills
• Ability to follow up on issues, take own initiatives and contribute to the development of projects
• Interest in technology and project management
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
