Job description
AFRY Project Management Öresund is a committed and positive team that works with everything from smaller remodeling and extensions to large new construction projects - often in prestigious environments. Our clients are in both the private and public sectors, and thanks to our close collaboration with AFRY's other business areas, we have the opportunity to participate in many exciting and interdisciplinary assignments.
We are located in Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg - now we are looking for you who want to start from one of these offices and contribute to our continued development in the region.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are confident in the role of project or project manager and who want to take the next step in an environment where collaboration, business acumen and sustainability are in focus.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
At least 5 years of experience in design management and/or project management in the construction and real estate industry
Relevant education as a university or civil engineer, or YH education or equivalent work experience
Experience in leading multidisciplinary assignments and coordinating installations
Competence in concrete structures
Good knowledge of construction legislation and construction and consulting law (AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09)
A minimum of five years of experience as a level K inspection officer in infrastructure projects
A minimum of five years of experience in wastewater treatment plants
Experience with public as well as private clients
We believe that you are a person who:
Positive, committed and self-driven, with strong self-leadership
Have a sustainability perspective in your work and an understanding of the digital business and BIM
Enjoy leading teams towards common goals, creating clarity and good conditions for prioritization
Understands the importance of communication and coordination - both internally and with customers
Has an interest in team leadership and wants to contribute to the group's development
Business-minded, quality-conscious and relationship-building
Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
