Would you like to lead exciting technical development projects while growing as a consultant? At AFRY, we’re now looking for a project manager who wants to help create the solutions of the future for our clients.

About the Role As a project manager, you’ll drive development projects from planning through implementation. You’ll coordinate various technical areas and stakeholders and ensure progress, quality, timelines, and budget compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating technical development projects.
• Plan and monitor the project’s timeline, budget, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and changes.
• Prepare decision-making documentation and communicate the project’s status.
• Contribute to improving processes and work methods.

Qualifications

Your Background

• You have a relevant college degree or equivalent experience
• You have several years of experience leading technical development projects, for example in product development, production, or industrialization.
• Experience in risk management, supplier relations, and work in the defense industry or other security-critical operations is a plus.
• As a person, you are driven, organized, and a good communicator. You possess natural leadership skills, take initiative, and thrive on driving progress together with others
• The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
