Job Description

We are now looking for a Project Manager for an exciting project in automotive development. In this role, you’ll be a key player in the development of the vehicles of the future and will be responsible for driving development from the early concept phase all the way through to series production. 

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating product development throughout the entire product development process—from project inception to production launch, as well as during changes and improvements during ongoing series production.

The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, where you will lead cross-functional teams and ensure that the project’s goals are achieved with regard to:

  • Function and performance
  • Quality
  • Schedule
  • Technical solution
  • Cost

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and driven by turning technical challenges into successful solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a natural ability to foster engagement and drive progress in cross-functional teams.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in product development within the automotive industry
  • Solid experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Ability to independently drive development activities and make well-informed decisions
  • Excellent communication skills in English
