Job description
We are now looking for Multi-disciplinary Project Managers for Civil & Landscape Design South.
Our strength is that we are a mixed group consisting of employees also in Road / Street / Land, Landscape and VA
In the role of assignment leader, you will be responsible for leading your assignment team in the right direction and delivering good results to our customers. With us, you will follow the projects from the early stages to delivery and follow-up.
At AFRY, we have a broad project portfolio where we have assignments together with authorities and municipalities but also private clients such as contractors, developers and industrial companies. Thanks to the knowledge and experience of our employees, we can offer support in projects of all types and sizes.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a university degree or master's degree in civil engineering, or who have built up equivalent competence through relevant work experience. You have at least five years of experience as a project manager or project leader and are used to working in multidisciplinary projects. Now you want to take a step further towards a more senior role where you lead complex assignments and mentor others.
You have a good understanding of finance and business acumen and are confident in managing budgets, resources and follow-up with clear financial insight. We also expect you to have a good knowledge of the laws, standards and technical guidelines that govern the industry, and that you can ensure that projects comply with applicable regulations and maintain high technical quality.
The role requires very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as you will collaborate with actors both nationally and internationally. Experience of managing employees in other countries is an advantage, as is good market knowledge and an established network in the industry.

The location is Malmö, Karlskrona or Helsingborg. As we collaborate closely between our offices in the region, travel in the service will occur.
