Public & Commercial Places Sweden is a business area within AFRY that creates sustainable, safe, and innovative solutions for public and commercial environments. We work on everything from hospitals and high-security facilities to infrastructure and defense projects. We are a close-knit and harmonious team specializing in the design of electrical and telecommunications installations in all types of buildings. Our department consists of engineers in various roles: project managers, administrators, designers, project leaders, and inspectors. Our projects include new construction and renovation of hospitals, schools, offices, residential buildings, retail spaces, and more. Our clients include both public and private property owners, property managers, and contractors.

Your Role

We’re looking for someone who wants to work as aProject ManagerorAssignment Manageron various types of projects at client sites. You will be based in Gothenburg. Most assignments are in the local area, but may also take place in other locations.

As a project manager, you will be involved in:

• Project management of electrical and telecommunications systems in construction projects
• Leading and coordinating assignments, including liaising with clients and other disciplines
• Contributing technical expertise and solutions to projects

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who

• Has a theoretical education in electrical engineering at the high school, post-secondary, or college level
• Are organized, communicative, and enjoy collaborating with others
• Want to develop professionally and take on responsibility in projects
• Previous experience as an electrician, lead installer, or project manager at a contracting firm is a plus
