Job Description

We’re now looking for an experienced project manager or specialist in electrical engineering who wants to play a key role in our many projects!

You’ll lead our projects for clients, taking responsibility for quality, collaboration, finances, and follow-up.

The role involves:

• Being responsible for design and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
• Ensuring quality and delivery in technically complex projects
• You’ll maintain close dialogue with clients and stakeholders and contribute to long-term, innovative solutions.
• Contributing to the development of work processes and methods in electrical design

The work is varied and can include everything from new construction, renovations, and optimization of existing facilities to customer-specific adaptations.

For this role, you can be based in Falun or Borlänge. There is the option to combine office and remote work based on discussions with your manager regarding the needs of the assignment and the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a combination of technical expertise and leadership experience, as well as:

• More than 5 years of experience as a project manager, expert, or specialist in electrical, telecommunications, and/or security engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical installations, power supply, and security solutions.
• Are accustomed to working on complex projects with high standards for structure, quality, and safety.
• Thrive on responsibility, are solution-oriented, and have a strong drive to develop both yourself and the team.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Documented experience as a project manager on projects in healthcare, education, high security, defense, or infrastructure.
• Specialist expertise in advanced technical solutions and systems.
• Experience in design, CAD, BIM, and Revit

If you also have strong client relationships or solid references, that’s considered an added plus.
