Job Description

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for leadership and managing large, complex projects? Are you ready to take the lead on groundbreaking initiatives and drive success for our clients? Then this could be your next career opportunity! For this role, we’re looking for someone based in the Stockholm area who is willing to travel and open to consulting assignments that may involve weekly commuting.

As a senior project manager with us, you’ll lead medium-sized or large projects for some of the market’s most exciting companies. In addition, you’ll often work with the most modern methods in project management.

In your role, you’ll help our clients meet the demands placed on their businesses. Your assignment may, for example, involve:

· Being responsible for product development and leading a team of engineers/sub-project managers from various disciplines—from concept to production, through requirements definition, design, verification/validation, and production.

· Business development: developing a documented development methodology on behalf of the client, which includes identifying needs, gaining buy-in for proposals, making decisions regarding system support, etc.

Projects may be conducted at our clients’ sites within the Greater Stockholm area (from Uppsala in the north to Södertälje in the south). We always strive to find the right arrangement that suits you specifically to help you balance your work and personal life. You’ll be surrounded by many skilled colleagues and an active exchange of experiences. Our clients are primarily represented in the automotive, defense, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, medical technology, and telecommunications industries.

Why work with me? – Hiring Manager Emma: ”As a leader, I’m supportive and engaging. I’m driven by collaboration—working together to achieve shared goals, tackle challenges, and have fun along the way. I believe it’s important to foster a sense of belonging and pride in the team and the company. Our team has many years of experience in project management and leadership, which everyone applies at a high level and is happy to share—and that’s something I’m very proud of.”

We stand for equality, diversity, and inclusion. With us, you’ll become part of a diverse, inclusive organization where our differences are our strengths. We respect one another, share our knowledge, and have fun at work.

Qualifications

· You have an engineering degree in, for example, mechanical engineering, electronics, or engineering physics.

· You have led your own projects for at least 5 years, preferably within Swedish industry and across several different sectors. We prefer that you have experience in both production and product development.

· Applicants must have a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

· We prefer that you are certified by PMI or IPMA; if not, we will offer you the opportunity to obtain this certification through us.

To be eligible for this position, only Swedish citizenship is accepted.

Additional Information

We offer a forward-thinking workplace with security in the form of collective bargaining agreements and employee benefits, professional development, mentorship, and an individual career development plan—tailored just for you!
