With us, you are offered exciting and varied assignments in the energy sector. Many of our projects are conducted at our collaboration partners (such as Forsmark, SKB and Hydro), which means a great variety in the nature and content of the projects.

The projects can include everything from plant modification projects, new and rebuilding of properties, land construction work to IT and development projects. The scope of assignments varies from small teams of around ten people to larger projects with up to fifty team members and multiple suppliers involved. We place great emphasis on matching your skills and experience with the right type of assignment.

You will actively work to ensure that projects deliver according to agreed timeframes, budget and quality requirements. Vattenfall strives to be a learning organization that continuously develops through experience sharing, best practices and lessons learned from previous projects - all to improve our operations and promote professional development for our project managers.

We know that our employees are the key to our success and therefore want to create the right conditions for you as an employee. We care about your development and will always encourage you to use your skills and provide you with opportunities to grow through new challenges, training and skills transfer. With us, you have great responsibility for your own planning and execution of your tasks, which together with good working conditions and mutual trust provides a high level of flexibility and work-life balance.

You will be part of a team that values openness and cooperation and works for a positive working climate with a good community. You will work with highly competent colleagues both within your own unit and in other disciplines. We work actively with skills exchange and networking.
