Job Description

Do you want to lead technically advanced projects and contribute to solutions that make a real difference? We are now looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager—either someone with several years of experience in HVAC design or someone who is currently working as a Project Manager.

As a project manager, you will play a key role in projects within Hospitals, High-Security Facilities, Defense, and Infrastructure. You’ll lead the design work, coordinate technical areas, ensure quality, and serve as the primary point of contact for the client.

You’ll drive development in digital design, BIM, and AI-supported solutions, and work strategically on energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. In this role, you’ll have significant influence over technology selection, system design, and the overall direction of projects.

Possible locations for this role are Gävle, Stockholm, Uppsala, or Enköping. The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home on certain days.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is confident in their technical expertise and motivated by responsibility, leadership, and customer-focused work.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • A degree in HVAC engineering, energy engineering, or equivalent education
  • Several years of experience in HVAC/plumbing design or experience in the role of project manager
  • Solid knowledge of ventilation systems, heating and cooling technology, and energy efficiency
  • Experience with MagiCAD (AutoCAD or Revit)
  • A very good understanding of AMA, BBR, and industry standards
  • The ability to coordinate technical disciplines and lead design work
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, to meet our clients’ needs

Desirable:

  • Experience with hospital projects, defense facilities, or projects for the Swedish Fortifications Agency
  • Experience working in security-classified environments
  • Knowledge of LEED/BREEAM or other sustainability certifications
  • Experience working with operations, maintenance, inspections, or troubleshooting
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive new ways of working

We believe you are analytical, organized, and a strong communicator, with the ability to lead both people and technology toward high-quality results.
