Job description
Do you want to lead some of Sweden's most complex and socially important projects? In the northern region, we are looking for project managers who want to run projects in hospitals, defense, high-security facilities and infrastructure - environments where precision, safety and innovation are crucial.
You are responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering projects with high demands on quality and safety. At AFRY, we are working with digital platforms and exploring AI-supported design to take project management to the next level. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and with the highest quality.
Qualifications
You are an experienced project manager who thrives on taking responsibility and driving development.
To succeed in the role, we look for you to have:
- A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in construction or installation projects
- Knowledge of safety-rated environments and complex projects
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and drive innovation
- Experience with digital tools and AI support in project design
Additional:
- Certification in PMP/IPMA or similar
Experience in civil engineering, hospital, defense or critical infrastructure projects
