Job description

Do you want to lead projects that make a real difference in society? We are now looking for project managers to join our growing team in Sundsvall. With us, you can either be an experienced project manager who wants to take the next step in complex and security-classified environments - or a project manager with at least a few years of experience who wants to continue to develop together with our senior colleagues.

In Region North, we run assignments in hospitals, defense, high-security facilities and infrastructure - environments where precision, safety and innovation are crucial.

In the role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering projects with high demands on quality. We work with digital platforms and actively explore AI-supported design to take project management to the next level. You will have the opportunity to lead cross-disciplinary teams and contribute to the delivery of projects on time, within budget and with high quality.

Qualifications

We are looking for both those who are more experienced and those who are still at the beginning of their project management career - with the right drive and desire to develop.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in construction or installation projects
• Ability to lead, coordinate and create good collaborations in project teams
• Interest in digital working methods and new technical opportunities
• Good communication skills and a structured approach

For more experienced candidates, it is advantageous with:

• Experience in complex or security classified projects
• Experience in leading large interdisciplinary teams
• Certification in PMP/IPMA or similar

Other qualifications:

• Experience in civil engineering, hospital, defense or critical infrastructure projects
• Experience in digital tools and AI support in design
