Job Description
We are now looking for dedicated project managers in product development (R&D). Within our section Project Management in the unit Product Development you will work on developing high-tech and intelligent products for the sustainable world of the future. The projects span several different industries, such as consumer products, telecommunications, automotive, medical technology, and industrial technology.
As a Product Development Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on schedule; you are responsible for organizing and leading planning sessions, monitoring the budget, and handling everything involved in driving and delivering the project and product in line with or exceeding expectations.
You will also coach and support your project team members and strive to foster a learning-oriented atmosphere within the team. You thrive in and are accustomed to leading teams in a development environment.
In this role, you’ll interact with many different people across the organization, so it’s crucial that you’re a skilled communicator who can explain complex concepts in simple terms. Furthermore, you are accustomed to managing requirements and needs and have the ability to translate them into concrete and realistic goals.

You have experience in a similar role and want to grow in that role, or you have worked in product development within Software, Electronics, or Mechanics for several years and now want to take the next step to become a Project Manager—or you are already a Project Manager. Since we work with many international clients, you must also be able to communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English.
Furthermore, we’d like you to have/be:
- Resident in Sweden
- Organize and lead meetings and other activities, and support your team.
- Communicate with other parts of the organization regarding the team’s success and progress.
It is also advantageous if you are/have:
- A certified project manager (e.g., PMI, IPMA, or Prince2).
- Experience with agile work
- Relevant education in the field
