Job description

We are now looking for dedicated project managers in product development (R&D). Within our Project Management section within the Product & Software Development unit, you will work with the development of high-tech and intelligent products for the sustainable world of the future. The assignments span several different industries, such as consumer products, telecom, automotive, medical technology and industrial technology.

As Project Manager Product Development, you are responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered according to plan, you are responsible for organizing and leading planning sessions, budget follow-up and everything that is included in running and delivering the project and the product according to or above expectations.

You also coach and support your project members and strive for a learning atmosphere in the team. You thrive in and are used to leading teams in a development environment.

In this role you have contact with many different people in the business, therefore it is of great importance that you are a good communicator who has the ability to explain the complex in a simple way. Furthermore, you are also used to requirements and needs management and have the ability to compile these into concrete and realistic goals.

You have experience from a similar role and want to develop in the role or have worked with the development of products in Software, Electronics or Mechanics for a number of years and now want to take the step up to Project Manager. Since we work with many international customers, it is also required that you communicate fluently both orally and in writing in Swedish and English.

Furthermore, we also see that you have / are:

• Resident in Sweden
• Organize / lead meetings and other activities and support your team.
• Communicate with other parts of the business about the team's success and progress.

It is also meritorious if you are / have:

• Certified Project Manager (PMI, IPMA or Prince2 e.g.).
• Experience of agile work
• Relevant education in the field
