Job Description
Would you like to work with the products of the future, with a focus on sustainability? Do you have a technical background in development or production engineering? Then the role of Project Manager with us might be just right for you! Here, you’ll combine technology with leadership and drive exciting projects in product and production development.
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, budgeting, resources, and delivery in engineering projects for our clients in sectors such as telecommunications, automotive, and manufacturing. Projects vary—from concept studies to finished products—and you’ll lead both full projects and sub-projects.
The position is based at AFRY’s office in Örebro and/or at a client’s site.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to:
Have a relevant technical education
Have at least 3 years of experience as a project manager
Be fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
Hold a Class B driver’s license (travel within the region may be required)
Desirable:
Experience with agile methods/processes
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2)
Experience working in the defense industry
This position may involve work on security-classified assignments, which means you must undergo and be approved in accordance with applicable security regulations.
