Are you an experienced HVAC project manager who wants to have greater impact - on business, technology and team?

With us in Skara, you will have a key role where you not only lead assignments, but also help develop our business in areas such as healthcare, the public sector and technically complex environments.

AFRY's business area Public & Commercial Places is, with approximately 1000 employees, one of Sweden's leading players in the construction and real estate sector. We work with some of the country's most complex projects - not least in healthcare environments where requirements for function, operational reliability and future-proofing are crucial.

You will work in both major national assignments and local projects in Skaraborg and Västra Götaland, often in close collaboration with regions and public clients. The role gives you a varied and developing everyday life, where you follow the projects from early stages to finished plant.

As an assignment manager, you get a central role with both technical and business responsibility.

You will:

• Lead and manage projects from early stages to delivery
• Ensure quality, time and cost of projects
• Be an advisory partner to clients, often in hospital projects
• Drive technical solutions in complex projects together with AFRY's large collective knowledge bank
• Coach and support colleagues and contribute to the team's development
• Be part of developing our position as strong hospital project managers throughout the country

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Several years of experience (approx. 6-10+ years) in HVAC as a consultant
• Experience in assignment or project management
• Preferably experience in hospital projects or similar complex environments
• Experience in working closely with clients and driving business dialog
• Strong skills in project design (AutoCAD/Revit)
