Job description

At AFRY's HVAC department in Gothenburg, we work with all stages of the construction process, feasibility studies, calculations, design of HVAC systems. The projects are often technically intensive, stimulating and challenging.

To meet the increasing demand for our services, we need you who have experience as an assignment manager in plumbing.

In the role of assignment manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing assignments in their entirety with responsibility for execution and finance. The assignment leader role also means that you will lead more junior employees and help train new employees.

You are also involved in the department's marketing and have customer responsibility.

Qualifications

We see that you have about five to ten years of experience in the HVAC industry as a consultant. We believe that you are a civil engineer, university engineer or have equivalent post-secondary education or acquired equivalent knowledge in working life.

You currently work independently with project planning and assignment management as a consultant or project manager.

We also believe that you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment characterized by strong growth. You enjoy challenges and have a natural aptitude for creating long-term and sustainable relationships with colleagues and customers. Problem solving is a natural part of the job for you and you are happy to participate in technical discussions in the assignments.

Although we are an international company, it is a requirement that you master the Swedish language orally as well as in writing to meet our customers' needs. In this recruitment, we will attach great importance to personal suitability.
