Job description

Do you want to lead technically advanced projects and contribute to solutions that make a real difference? We are now looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager - either with several years of experience in HVAC design or someone who is already working as a project manager.

As a project manager, you will have an important role in projects in Hospitals, High Security Facilities, Defense, Infrastructure and Advanced Industry. You lead the design work, coordinate technical areas, ensure quality and are a central contact with the customer.

You drive development in digital design, BIM and AI support, and work strategically with energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. Here you will have great influence on technology choices, system design and the overall direction of the projects.

Location possible in Umeå, Skellefteå, Piteå, Luleå or Kiruna, or other nearby location. The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home some days.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are confident in your technical skills and are motivated by responsibility, leadership and customer-oriented work.

To succeed in the role, we look for you to have:

• Degree as HVAC engineer, energy engineer or equivalent education
• Several years of experience in HVAC / plumbing design or experience in the role of project manager
• Deficient knowledge of ventilation systems, heating and cooling technology and energy efficiency
• Experience of MagiCad (AutoCAD or Revit)
• Very good understanding of AMA, BBR and industry standards
• Ability to coordinate technical disciplines and lead design work
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written; and English in speech and writing, to meet our customers' needs

Additional:

• Experience in hospital and industrial projects, defense facilities or assignments against the Swedish Fortifications Agency
• Experience working in security classified environments
• Knowledge of LEED/BREEAM or other sustainability certifications
• Experience working with operation, maintenance, inspections or troubleshooting
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive new ways of working
