Job description

We are now looking for you who are an experienced project manager or specialist in electrical engineering and want to take a key role in projects with a crucial impact on society. With us, you'll have the opportunity to work on advanced buildings and facilities where your expertise really makes a difference - particularly in sectors such as healthcare, high security, defense and infrastructure. The role involves:

• Responsible for the design and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
• Ensuring quality and delivery in technically complex projects
• You will have close dialog with clients and stakeholders, contributing to long-term, innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development of working methods and methods in electrical engineering

With us, you will be part of a strong team working on socially important projects in sectors such as healthcare, high security, defense and infrastructure. Within these sectors, there is also the opportunity to work nationally and contribute to projects across the country.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a combination of technical skills and leadership experience.

• Have solid experience as a project manager, expert or specialist in electrical, telecommunications and / or security design.
• Used to working in complex projects with high demands on structure, quality and safety.
• Have deep knowledge of electrical installations, power supply and advanced security solutions.
• Thrive with responsibility, are solution-oriented and have a strong drive to develop both yourself and the team.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.

Advantageous

• Documented experience from projects in healthcare, high security, defense or infrastructure.
• Specialist expertise in advanced technical solutions and systems.

If you also have good customer relations or strong references, it is seen as an additional plus.
