Job description

Are you an experienced geotechnical engineer who is passionate about technology and want to work for an employer who values both your skills and development? AFRY Geoteknik Sydväst is now looking for you who have worked for a few years as a geotechnical engineer at our offices in Gothenburg, Malmö and Helsingborg.

AFRY is one of the leading players in geotechnical engineering in Sweden with over 100 employees. We work in close collaboration nationally and within different subgroups to further develop our working methods and projects.

The Geotechnical Engineering Southwest section currently consists of more than 30 competent junior and senior employees, field operations in the regions of southern, western and central Sweden, as well as an advanced geotechnical laboratory.

Our section has won several large framework agreements and exciting projects, which means that we are looking for more committed geotechnical engineers who want to join our journey. You will have the opportunity to work with varying geologies and geotechnical conditions throughout the region - from limestone bedrock in Skåne to clay-filled valleys in Västra Götaland.

Your tasks:

• Lead section-specific geotechnical assignments
• Be the technically responsible geotechnical engineer in larger multidisciplinary assignments
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to their development

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have extensive experience as a geotechnical engineer and who want to continue to develop in a leading role. You are responsible and flexible, with an interest in working in a consulting role.
