AFRY Advanced Automation in Olofström is now looking for project managers with a sales focus for large turn-key projects. In the role, which involves project management and sales preparation, you will have a broad internal and external contact area with everything from design, programming, simulation, sales preparation and customer contact.

If you want to be able to combine your interest in both project management and sales in the field of Advanced Automation , then this is the role for you!

We want to complement the team and are looking for you who want to develop the business in a varied work environment with a lot of customer contact. As this is a new role, there are opportunities to influence and shape the content based on your skills and interests.

About the role

As a Local Sales Representative & Project Manager, you will be a key person in our team and work. The role is split between two main areas:

Sales and Customer Relations:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers
  • Prepare sales documents and quotes
  • Conduct customer meetings and presentations
  • Follow up on leads and business opportunities

Project Management:

  • Responsible for a medium-sized client project from inception to delivery
  • Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors
  • Ensure schedule, quality and budget
  • Be the client's primary contact throughout the project

Qualifications

We are looking for a driven and committed person with good technical skills, you have experience in project management and sales in, for example, the industrial or automotive sector. You live in Olofström or within a suitable commuting distance.

The most important thing for us is that you dare to take the initiative, are self-driven and have the desire to take a leading role. You are communicative, curious and good at building good relationships. In combination with this, you have a great interest in technology and sales, as these are important components of the service. You see development potential, have a great interest in marketing work and creating business.

You will work closely with the section manager and our sales organization located in Olofström.

 

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience in technical sales and / or project management, preferably in the industrial or automotive sector
  • Communicative and relationship-building
  • Have a structured way of working and the ability to drive processes forward
  • Thrive in a varied role with both customer focus and internal coordination tasks
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
  • B-driving license
